Ours is the real fine fireclay, which is not made anywhere in China. Our sinks are molded solid with high-pressure and left to dry for 2 days to remove the moisture in the clay. Less moisture means less shrinkage and warping during the kiln firing process. The result is a precisely sized product, with flat, flawless surfaces and crisp, sharp and straight corners.
